Owner and contact
Iulian BoikoInformation you provide
When you submit the contact or partnership form, we receive your name, email, optional organisation, message, selected language and consent choice. We use these details to review and answer your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
To limit repeated submissions, the application stores an HMAC hash of the IP address. It does not store the original IP address in the enquiry record. Technical server logs may contain an IP address, request time, page address and browser details for security and diagnostics.
Purposes and grounds
Form details are used to answer your enquiry based on the consent you give when submitting it. Rate limiting and technical logs protect the site from abuse and support its operation. We do not sell visitor data or use the form for automated marketing messages.
Cookies and preferences
If you choose to remember your appearance, the boiko-theme cookie stores your light or dark theme for up to one year. If you turn this off, boiko-theme is removed and boiko-preferences stores that choice for up to one year. You can change this through Cookie Settings in the footer.
A secure session cookie lasting up to eight hours is used for staff access to the CMS. The public pages currently have no advertising or analytics trackers. If trackers are added, this notice and consent controls must be updated before they are enabled.
Storage and access
Authorised team members can access enquiries in the CMS. The records are stored in the database and backups. When mail delivery is configured, a copy of each enquiry is sent to contact@boiko147.com through OVHcloud mail infrastructure. Closed enquiries and records marked as spam are removed from the primary database 12 months after the status change. Open enquiries remain until the team finishes handling them. Infrastructure providers process data to host and operate the site. The owner must approve retention periods for mailbox messages, server logs and backups before the final version of this policy is released.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, and withdraw consent. Where applicable law provides for them, you may also object to processing, request data portability and complain to a supervisory authority. Use the confirmed contact above; the team may need to verify that the request relates to you.
External sites and changes
Following a link to a social network, result source or other external site opens a third-party service with its own policy. We update this page when site functions change and show the revision date.
